Charge 5 - Sleep score

On my new Charge 5, there is no response when I tap the TODAY icon. I cannot see any sleep score.

I'm a little confused by your post. I don't have a Today icon on my Charge 5 device. 

You scroll up from the clock face to see your current stats, including sleep score.

Are you having an issue with the Fitbit app on your mobile device?

I was watching a Youtube on how to find your sleep pattern/score and it
said to find it by tapping the TODAY icon in the lower left corner of the
screen (icon is a sunrise). The video showed a response, with options to
find more info. My app didn't respond like any of that.
However, when you mentioned swiping up from the clockface, I swiped up from
the center of my screen, which on my screen is the step count and not a
clockface, and presto, the sleep info appeared. I thank you for your help!

Thanks for letting us know that you're able to see your sleep info on your Charge 5. Glad to see that the problem was due to some confusing instructions that you were trying to follow.
