My Charge 5 is a year old and suddenly started draining battery super fast. It used to last 1.5 weeks but now drains in a day. It also stopped syncing to other apps last Tuesday and has not registered certain workouts/long walks or registered them very oddly (doing laundry was logged as 300km of swimming). I have tried rebooting and re-pairing but nothing seems to work. Does anybody know how to solve this?
My previous Fitbit lasted less than 2 years too and I really don't want to buy a new one again this quickly.

Before considering other options, I'd suggest you try to restart the device.
