I've only had my charge 5 for a few weeks but noticed that the battery runs down far more quickly than my previous charge 2. I have to top it up daily & if I don't charge for a couple of days my battery runs out. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Hi, @SRosser! Something definitely doesn't sound right. I typically charge mine every five days or so at the most. There is a help article you can check to see if you're using any of the features like GPS or always on display that will run it down faster. I would suggest going through that to troubleshoot and if none of those features are killing your battery contacting Fitbit Support directly. You can tell them what you've already done through that article to avoid a delay in response.
