Hi DocSMO,  I have the same issue.  Any tips on how to solve the problem? Thanks in advance if you can share

Thank you for taking the time to share the information about this situation with your devices. I'm sorry to know the inconveniences. 

Please, try to restart the device following these steps: 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

In addition, try to change the clock face as indicated in this help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hello I tried this today but the logo never appeared. It’s does blank out. I have to tap it to wake it up. Is this a problem ?

Thanks for your reply.  I tried the reset process, after the 3rd button press, the Fitbit diamond logo appears and disappears after 2 seconds and the screen goes blank.  I've repeated multiple times with no success.  Any other suggestions?
