my Fitbit charge 5 worked when I purchased it but now all I have is a black screen. I've tried pressing the usb button 3 times and waiting but it hasn't fixed the issue,
Is there anything else I can try? Any help would be appreciated.
Best AnswerI had this happen to me last week. My fitbit was only 6 months old. I called customer service and they had me send a video of it not working and I was sent replacement information. I received my replacement in 4 days.
