I took a shower this morning and forgot to take my fitbit off. It now has a black screen. I have tried rebooting but I am not seeing anything on the device. The screen is black. I haven't had it for a year yet. Is this covered under the warranty?

Thanks for getting back to us @WhWaldo. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge went blank this afternoon. I don't have a notification about an update been pushed today. Please let me know what happens after rebooting your device.

Best AnswerIt’s returned to the same issue… not syncing, black screen. I don’t have time for daily resets, etc. I’ll have to replace it. The warranty is still good for another 7+ months.
