Charge 5 blank screen

My charge 5 has a blank screen problem.  Exchanged several mails with a hopeless Fitbit service person who told me to send the device at my own cost to a service center in Pune.  I did that and was informed by the courier company that there was no one there to receive my courier and it has been returned to me.  Very frustrated
