Charge 5 : clock face doesn't display steps over 9999

Hi, I noted when I go over than 9999 steps, Charge 5 indicates an error like "e4" instead of displaying the number of steps done. I restarted the watch without success and also tried to change clock faces: "Retro" and "Hexa" have the same issue whereas "Continuum" is fine. But actually, all clock faces proposed should work...

Did you already heard about the same problem? Or is it my Charge 5 which does not work well?

Can you correct it?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @SweetCelia

I appreciate all the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried.

That's a bit strange, so far I haven't seen this inconvenience with these clock faces you mentioned earlier. Before considering other options, let me know if the restart procedure that you've tried is the three pulse restart using the charging cable, instead of the restart available on the device's settings. In addition, please try setting up the Charge 5 as a new device and check if you continue to experience the same behavior.

I'll be around.
