There are red lines appearing in each of the bars, the first bar is not completely filled, the third bar only has the first part filled (and it should be empty, since I haven't been active during this most recent hour). Obviously it shouldn't look like this, the bars should either be completely filled or completely empty. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Same here. I used to use this part of the previous Fitbit charge 3 daily but now it’s useless.
Fitbit can you fix this please?

@nutlog @Russian98 I don't have a Charge 5, but the Luxe reminder to move progress circle does the same thing. I will flag this post to get the attention of a moderator.
I am an iPhone user and this bug is on the iOS app, too.

@LZeeW Thanks for flagging this post.
@nutlog and @Russian98 Hi there. Thank you for the details mentioned and the screenshot attached.
Let's try restarting the Charge 5 and set it up as a new device. After performing this troubleshooting, continue monitoring its functionality.
Hope this helps.

@SilviaFitbit Your advice does not work. I had my Luxe on my account, then swapped it out for another device. I switched back to my Luxe yesterday, so I had to set it up as a new device. The problem is still there.

Just echoing other replies, I tried this and the fitbit is still having the graphical issue. I think it stems from the fact that I increased the default number of hours per day I want Fitbit to track my "hourly activity" from 8 to 10.

@nutlog I changed the number of hours tracked, both increasing and decreasing them. It makes no difference. The problem persists.
@SilviaFitbit Support has no answer for this.

I just bought a Charge 5 to replace a dimmed Charge 3 which I can no longer read. I was shocked to see this misaligned hourly activity screen. When are you going to fix it? I need an answer as I have a few days to return it to Best Buy. I can't see laying down money for a disappointing product such as this.
