The HR on my Charge 5 often spikes during very light exercise. An example from yesterday — my Fitbit HR began increasing rapidly to 130. So I immediately checked my heart rate both manually and with my pulse ox— 82 and 80. I took the Fitbit off and watched my HR continue to increase for about 20 more seconds. There is also inconsistency with the HR when checking current HR and HR daily graph and the HR graph under zone minutes. The zone minute graph shows HR spikes shortly after midnight sometimes almost to my peak of 139. However the regular HR graph shows my HR in the 60s with high in the low 70s for the entire night. During the night the zone minutes remain “0” however. I contacted support about this. They had me “replace my Fitbit’”. This helped for a couple of days but now there has been this inconsistency for several days. I have since restarted my device numerous times and I replaced it again yesterday. Very frustrating because HR is most important feature. And from other posts I’ve noticed I’m not alone with HR being inaccurate.
