Hi, my charge5 was working earlier today but went blank. Then it showed cross and red circle. I have tried everything that has been suggested on different forums. Pulse restarted, cleared cached, uninstalled and installed app, unpaired and now i can't even pair it as it won't start. Any other solution?

Although I really appreciate all the effort you invest in fixing these inconveniences, there are some things that could have been done differently. Actually, we do not recommend unpairing the device while experiencing screen issues since that makes the device unable to set it up again.
Since you tried the steps and they didn't work, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further. Please go to the following link: https://support.google.com/fitbit/contact/fitbit_community.
I’ll keep an eye out for your response specifically, so please let me know once you’ve filled it out.
