Looks like Carge5 ditched me after 1 year of usage.
It's not syncing with mobile
On Charge5 screen, its always showing "Put your fingers on both Sides" I kept for 30 mins.. but it is not recording anything..
Do i get replacement? I took warranty at that time.. I don't have any bill. is there a way to get my warranty decide by deviceID ?

connected with Support team on Chat... by doing the reset my issue got resolved. and I am able to sync the data.
