I just bought my charge 5, it charged to about 45% now will not charge and will not start up

Hi, @Garyaleighton welcome to the community, in the absence of detailed information forgive me for starting at the beginning. Firstly you may find this article of interest (check your USB socket) Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  

As you've just got your "Charge 5" this video and this video will be of interest.
