Hi there @sabh81! Thanks for joining the conversation, it's great to welcome you to the Fitbit community.
Thanks for sharing with us the situation you're having with your Charge 5 not being detected via Bluetooth.
Please check first if you can update the Fitbit app and your phone. Make sure you meet all of these requirements too.
Then try to follow these steps:
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Restart your Charge 5 and your phone.
- Remove your Fitbit device and all the other devices paired such as wireless headphones or speakers from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet:
- On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth.
- Tap the information icon or gear icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
- Find the option to forget the device.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Try to set up your Fitbit device again.
