I have tried everything possible.
I have unpaired the charge 5. Now I can't pair it. I kept getting sent 4 digit codes that the software says are invalid. I also have a charge 2 that will not sync. All of this started yesterday. Nothing is happening today. I tried calling but could not understand the agent so gave up. This is the first major issue with fitbit in 10 years I cannot fix. You must have a server issue. ty

Clearly it is a fitbit issue and not a consumer issue.
Syncing is still sporadice. Right now it does not work. I don't see anyone with fitbit posting any updates as to what happened.
Best AnswerOh yeah its the consumers fault!! MY phone won't sync to the servers. They gave up on me. Said not their servers but my fault. Kept insisting there is a server issue and they won't address it. They keep saying no, I asked if I could go back to the last app update. They said no. Said there is an update coming Aug 15. We'll have to wait till then to see if this can be reset up. I told them I wasn't the only one with this problem and they must have server issues.
Until Aug 15 I have a useless tool........
