This morning my charge 5 isn't syncing at all, and the screen is glitching. It's charged, connected to my phone but won't sync. I have turned my phone off and on, and turned the blue tooth off and on. Also, it says I've walked 15,000 steps today, which isn't possible yet.

I have been having the same issue, the auto sync is simply not working for me despite the charge 5 being connected via BT, I am using iPhone 13 Pro.

Same Here. I've restarted the device and my phone twice now and still not syncing? Also did the Bluetooth on and off

I am having the same issue. My Charge 5 won't sync this morning (1/19/24). It was working fine last night but this morning no go. I also turned off phone, restarted, etc.

Same here today, January 19th . Updated the app, restarted the Charge 5, powered ny phone off and on several times, turned Bluetooth off and on several times as well, even did a force stop in the app. Tried to repair the Charge 5 in Bluetooth - sometimes it would show in Bluetooth as an available device and sometimes not. When it did show and I tried to repair, it would say that I needed the app when I already had it.

Mine finally started to sync after 3 resets. But my hourly activity is still not working correctly. 😞
Whatever you did FITBIT, undo it. It was working fine until today!!!

This is so frustrating to see so many posts that are dealing with the same issue I'm having. 1/17/24 work fine. 1/18/24 face glitchy tried to charge it. No face on watch to see the battery. Updated from a yahoo to Gmail account. Cannot get it to charge or resend with my phone or app due to low battery. 1/19/24 gave the wath overnight to charge no change. I read other posts that mentions switching to Samsung. I'm going to check that out. It sucks to not have my account/ record stats move over but wearing a watch that doesn't work is not helpful either.

Your post is exactly the same issue I'm dealing with. Bluetooth connection spots to show connection and then needing the app to download when I already have it. Low charge- I tried charging over night no change. This sucks!!

Having same problem Fitbit watch stops & I’ve got a blue dotted diamond showing, to reset put your Fitbit on charge & on the push in part that goes into the plug there is a small button, to reset put watch on charge and press the button 3 times within 8 secs & for a second each press & your done
