Charge 5 only showing resting heart rate on app

Heart rate on app worked until this aft. Now only showing resting heart rate.

Thanks for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with your heart rate information. 

Before considering other options, could you please provide a few more details about this issue? Let me know if your device is not showing you any heart rate information at all of you mean that you're able to see this information on the device but it's not being transferred to the app.

Just purchased 10 days ago. Didn’t have problem until yesterday aft. Only resting heart rate showed on app. I did a soft restart…nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled app…nothing. It reappeared this morning but disappeared for a short while. Everything else seems to work. I have been keeping track of heart and work on lowering it so it’s important to me. It is there now but would like to know what to do next time. Is it a software glitch?

@Claire7762 Thank you for sharing all this information about what you're experiencing with the heart rate information on the Fitbit app.

If you're still not seeing your information, please try the following steps: 

• Log out from the app.
• Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
• Restart your phone. 
• Log back in to check if you're able to see your information. 
• Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
• Make sure the Fitbit app and your phone's operating system are updated to the latest version available.
