Charged Fitbit to full. Noticed it ran down quickly. Then it lost Bluetooth connection. Got it connected but screen is now super dim and has a red hue and flickers. Battery went from 100% to 17% in one day.
Approx 18 months old. Happened last month to my partners whose we bought at same time.
Great when it works, but not good enough. Afraid to say this happens to all fitbits we have bought.
Update: Now it’s just showing the Fitbit logo and is unresponsive and disconnected from my phone.

Hello @TonyAstley
Since you've probably tried the recommended troubleshooting steps, you might want to try this user's suggestion (<-- click link) Some users have reported that it worked for them.
Although there's no guarantee that this will work in your case, it could be worth a shot.

Thanks. I had tried the various tricks, this has been happening to me since the charge 3. Looks like it’s a hardware issue though. Screen definitely broken. See image.
to be fair I’ve started the process of getting a warranty replacement. I’ll get the replacement the start looking at alternatives I think. I’ve never had a Fitbit last longer than 18 months. Screen always fails eventually, shame as everything else is great about it.

Hi @RiekoC , I am having the same issue - my Fitbit Charge 5 is 2.5 years old. It was already a replacement after a recall and it's been working well, until about 2 weeks ago, when it started losing charge rapidly. Now it is unresponsive. I have tried everything and I'm wondering if it is still under warranty? I tried to get in contact but the contact page keeps saying 'come back during support hours'
Thank you for your help in advance

Hello @JuditMcPherson
If you are in the USA, the warranty period is 1 year from the time of original purchase. This page (<-- click link) has the full information about the Fitbit warranty policy.
With this in mind, I believe your Charge 5 replacement would be out of warranty. However, I have seen users report that they were offered a discount on a new device.
You'll have to contact Support to find out what options they will offer you.
