Hi there,
Im experiencing a screen blackout with my Charge 5 after several months of use reseting from the button on the cable doesn't work, all of the following tips did not work for me:
- Short and long Reset didn't work
- Short and long Reset after 100% charge didn't work
- Sync from fitbit app didn't work
- Changing the clock and sync didn't work (at some point I could see the main screen but could not sweep and the screen was not responsive then blackout)
Sensors and connectivity to the app are still working.
Please advice !

Also, I've noticed that battery was weird during my time fixing the issue: jumps from 90% to 100%, then 85%..

Same issue. Running through all the restart/reset steps and nothing is working. I know the screen is actually working because when I do the hard reset, the screen lights up with the battery info and stuff, but otherwise nothing else displays.
Think maybe it's a firmware issue. Went through fitbit chat and they offered 50% discount to buy a new one. Chose Inspire 3 as it is very similar for $50. Mine still hasa black screen so guess it's a goner.
