hi everybody, i bought the new charge 5 back in november. now the screen is not working, it is only displaying 'static'. see pic attached
inside the app, the fitbit still seems to be working, steps are being counted etc. it's just the screen that's messed up
has anyone else had this problem, and is it possible to get it to reset it or something? or should i seek a replacement altogether?
