I received my fitbit Charge 5 xmas of 2021 (so for just over 1 year)...It was working yesterday,this morning I woke up and my screen is distorted. It just has brown and green lines (no words or anything). Any else get this problem &/or know how to fix?

Hi there, @Jami1820. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.
Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hallo.
The exact same thing happened to me yesterday. The charge 5 was a gift christmas 2021, and stopped working -got black yesterday morning. And it won't charge.
I do not know what to do.

Tried restarting as instructed and did not help. I cannot change clock face because most of the screen is black with one line.
