Charge 5 screen flickering and battery is draining

Hi

Can't conclusively work out how to contact Fitbit support or what to do here as device is faulty. Happened overnight. Any ideas what to do and how to contact?

Hi there, @Benharris19. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you!

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

Regarding the battery short life, please follow the tips and recommendations provided here Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Hi,
The sync works. The battery has gone from 6 days to 9 hours in the matter of a day with no changes made to how I use it. I'm assuming a fault with battery since a sudden change. How do I contact re if warranty covers it?

Please contact Support (<-- click link) regarding warranty coverage. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. It might be better if you call and speak with a support agent.
