Charge 5 screen wake grayed out, not working

Since midday yesterday my Charge 5 Screen Wake quit working. Settings shows the option set to manual and grayed out. It was not on manual and was working fine yesterday morning. Can I fix this?  Thanks!

Hello @bepfarr 

 

If you scroll down from the Clock Face screen and check to see if DND mode or Sleep Mode are set to On, that could be the reason why. Make sure they’re switched to off and you should be able to set your Screen Wake to Auto again.

Thank you!  Yes Sleep Mode was on. Don’t know how it got turned on but your suggestion worked. Thanks very much!
