Hi there, @RegRuiz. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for taking the time to fix the screen of your Charge 5 prior to posting here. I'll do my best to help you with this.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If the above doesn't work, may I know if your Charge 5 vibrated during the restart process? Is the screen showing anything when it's connected to the charger? Even when the screen is blank, please confirm whether your Charge 5 is still syncing with the Fitbit app.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi there, my Charge 5 is also unresponsive but the Fit Bit logo stays illuminated on the watch face. The watch does vibrate every time I press the reset button during the reset attempt. Please advise on how I can get my watch working again.

Hi there, @Slem26. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Charge 5 is still stuck on the Fitbit logo despite following the steps I recommended above.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the following:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

Before trying the above, please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.

Hello Maria. I tried to change the face of the clock but still nothing. During the restart the Charge 5 do vibrates but nothing else happens. Last I checked my Fitbit still syncs with the app, but the battery last very few.
