Charge 5 screen won't turn on

Lost my screen last Saturday and it hasn't come back.  Fitbit doesn't even vibrate when I connect the charger

Sorry to see you're having trouble with the warranty on your Charge 5 that you got through Amazon. 

As you know, there are 3rd party sellers who sell & ship through Amazon. Your invoice should show who was the actual seller. If it shows a 3rd party seller & not Amazon, sadly, that would be the reason that Fitbit is not honoring the warranty.

Fitbit is unwilling to help. It’s just very bad customer service. Good luck to anyone having similar problems

Just out of curiosity I went onto Amazon & did a search for a Fitbit.  Every one of the Fitbits offered were listed as being sold by FITBIT.  So, no 3rd party sellers on them.  It's amazing and sad how bad their customer service is.  Seems they'll say anything to get out of backing their product.

Same problem here.  Screen went black 2 weeks ago.  The first time I was able to hard reset it by pushing the button 3 times.  About a week later, the same thing happened but it won’t reset.  There is nothing on the display. I contacted customer service and they had me trouble shoot with the same steps I found online.  They told me it was out of warranty and offered 35% off a new one.  I don’t think I should have to buy one as it seems to be an issue they created.  I never had any issues with it before.

I finally got an answer from Fitbit after my online chat with them, where I had to describe in detail what was wrong with my Charge 5.  So...the answer was to give me the obligatory 35% discount on a new one.  Not even any conversation on a possible way to fix it.  I just don't know if I want to invest in another Fitbit, So I'm researching online to find another fitness tracker.  It's just that I don't want a big round one on my wrist.  I liked the size of the Charge 5.  So, if anyone out there has any other suggestions, I'd like to hear it.  Thanks.

I’m going to just delete my account already tossed my Fitbit .. I bought an Apple Watch. I don’t have time or patience to deal with Fitbit who seems to not want to keep their customers.
