Today my Fitbit Charge 5 just stopped registering my daily activity and my steps per hour. It worked until 11 Am because I got the first hour of 250 steps. It also doesn't seem to be registering my calories correctly either.
Anyone know what is going on?

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've shared some instructions with you. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.

Fitbit now works. But in setting it up again on my phone app I lost my days in a row of 10000 + steps. How do I get my data back? I had over 690 days, but I am not sure about the exact count.

@CarlsNY Thanks for sharing this update, it's great to know the device is now working.
Unfortunately it wouldn't be possible to adjust the daily strike information for days in a row with 1000+ steps, since it's been set up as a new device.
