Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions for what to do? When I open the app it’s locked up.
Thank you, Scott

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @scottr99!
Having started at Jun 27, 15:58 PDT, there have been intermittent issues with logging in and syncing for Fitbit users who had migrated their Fitbit accounts to Google or had created a new Google account for their Fitbit devices because one of the corresponding Google servers was overloaded. This issue is resolved by now.

I did the same and it still doesn't work. I can't even link to the device with Blue.
Best AnswerSame with my Fitbit Device - working again after 48h of beeing in the "off" ...
Blue could be the "Bluetooth - connection"
Best AnswerI had the same issue after the Google update. Nothing would solve the sync problem. Then it started working again after leaving it off for a day.
Best AnswerThanks for letting us know that your Charge 5 is back to working normally.
Although we were informed that the Google server issues were resolved last week, I suspect the fix may not have 100% and they may still be working to stabilize everything. It's possible that you experienced your issues while they are finalizing the fixes.
