Hi.. I’ve just had similar issue, contacted google fitbit & had the most amazing service .. spoke to overseas contact name Belise . & the service was unbelievable.. they confirmed my issue by accessing data app & within 4 days i returned item & received new item in same week..please try & outstanding service from google Fitbit services:-)
