Happy new year 2025!
can someone please assist me. My Fitbit charge just started behaving weird. The Fitbit logo seems to be flashing continuously with a beeping and annoying sound which doesn’t stop! My effort to reset the gadget doesn’t seem to work! I am unable to switch off or even reset or restart the Fitbit! This will be my second time to return this device should it not respond!
How can l resolve this problem?🤔

Hi there, @Murap. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is still stuck on the Fitbit logo. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Have you tried charging your Charge 5? It sounds like the battery is flat.
If you have tried charging your Fitbit device but it seems not to charge, please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 3 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Let me know if after trying the above you keep getting the Fitbit logo.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hey,
Mine has been stuck on the logo screen since Christmas Day. Ive gone through the support list of unpairing and resetting etc and it hasnt made a difference. Im waiting on an email from the fitbit team for any help. My fitbit charge 5 is just 1.5 years old. It should last longer than this.

Hello @Murap & @Myfanwy171
One user was able to get their Charge 5 working again after exposing it to freezer temps. Here's the thread (<-- click link) where the user provided the details. Although there's no guarantee that this will work for you, it might be worth trying.
