Charge 5 syncing and exercise app issues

The exercises on my fitbit app are not the same as on the actual watch ! I have tried to change them to no avail,  there is no walk on the watch either . This has been  since my fitbit would not sync to my mobile !!

Hi there, @Suebatch. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and for sharing the details about the issue with your Charge 5.

If your Charge 5 is not syncing, that would explain why you exercise app isn't updating your new exercises. 

To address the syncing issue, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

Once you manage to sync your Fitbit device, please try adding your exercises again to see how it goes this time.
