Hi - My charge 5 vibrated and went blank yesterday. Ended up with a red circle with x in it. I tried all the steps in the community. One of them was to remove watch from phone and reset up.
I was on the phone with support, and didn't get anywhere. They opened a case. I saw a recent post for firmware update but my watch is no longer connected to my phone (and wont connect).
I'm at a WTF FITBIT moment. Anyone else having this issue. This also happened to my mom's Charge 5 yesterday. Was there an update to FitBit?

Mine stops working with just logo on display. IT said they will consult then email me resolution and nothing for till i called them back. Now theyve offered me 50% discount on items coupon with a link to the list of items EXCEPT ALL of the items are on back order. Every single item. Spoke to Customer service supervisor who was rude, insulting and hung up on me. Fitbit used to have the best customer service which has gone to hell since the take over. Time to move to Apple watch.

Maybe it's time to express replies back to Fitbit by boycotting them as they refuse to correct this issue with our current trackers.
JUST SAY NO to Fitbit.
Move over to Apple, at least they are willing to take care of their customer.

I am having the exact same problem. Woke up to blank screen. 50% battery yesterday. Plugged in, nothing. 3-4 hours after plugging in, still nothing. Tried the pressing the button the charging cord 3 times, nothing. Tried holding the button for 15 seconds...nothing.
10 minutes waiting on a response from Live Chat....still no response.
This is frustrating. First Charge 5 died a week before my 1 year warranty was up. This one is at 14 or so months. Very frustrating.

I was offered a 50% discount to purchase a charge 6 through the Fitbit store. All products are on backorder, its been 2 weeks since I placed my order. I asked if I purchase a device through Amazon (which would arrive tomorrow), if Fitbit would at least give me some sort of discount towards the premium subscription.
Tryring to meet in the middle, and Fitbit bascially said "We can't do that" for you. I'm trying to stay a customer, willing to work with them for a quick solution but they simply do nothing.
I'm going to give it a week, if my prouct doesn't ship by the end of this week, going to purchase a Garmin vivosmart 5.

I was going to do the same as well with the Charge 6, but then after seeing this massive amount of issues that FitBit created and them NOT willing to admit they created this issue, instead trying to convince us to spend more money on them is a farce.
FitBit should be put down and take our business to another who would be willing AND appreciate our money and business in the future. It's apparent they have no plans to make good on their product that they are trying to lead us all into giving them more $$. I like your idea of buying a Garmin vivosmart.
FitBit has not even shown any desire or even care about the customer satisfaction.
It's OK FitBit to admit that you created this mess intentionally to get us to give you more money. Many will, but its time to say NO to FitBit and give a different company my business!
Very POOR way to conduct business !
