Hi Fitbit,
and aagin one of yours band gave me problem. Now Charge 5 is presenting a white screen.
I have rebooted
I have syncronized
I have rebooted again
I have waited until the battery was empty.
I have charged...
and rebooted.
I had the same with an Inspire and Inspire 3. I think now it's the moment to send you a long goodbye and move to Xiaomi.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

The truth is that, after 3 bands with the same problem, your hardware is not performing as specified, or your software is leaking somewhere. Or you have a bad quality department in China or whatever you produce these bands. In any case, I will not lose my time with your support, again.... send me the picture, try to turn the band 3 time upload this upload that......
I want a band that will work until I have not decided to break it, voluntarily.
