Display is blank. Tried two chargers which both work on a different FitBit. Reset through charger doesn't work, was able to reset through menu before battery ran out. HELP! purchased December 2021 as Christmas gift.

Under warranty, it is being replaced.
The watch was completely dead. Had already tried all of this before it died. It is under warranty and being replaced.
