Charge 5 won't charge

Is anyone else experiencing difficulty with their Charge 5? It just doesn't retain its charge and despite an overnight charge the display will go black within a couple of hours of charging. I have to keep my phone with me all the time to see what the time is. 

Anyone able to recommend a better product to Fitbit please?

Thank you for taking the time to share the information regarding the issue that you are experiencing with your Charge 5. 

Sorry to know the situation with it. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own. 

I'd ask you before considering other options to follow the steps listed in this help article in order to enhance the battery life of your device.
