Is anyone else experiencing difficulty with their Charge 5? It just doesn't retain its charge and despite an overnight charge the display will go black within a couple of hours of charging. I have to keep my phone with me all the time to see what the time is.
Anyone able to recommend a better product to Fitbit please?

I'd ask you before considering other options to follow the steps listed in this help article in order to enhance the battery life of your device.

I started having the same problem 2 days ago too. I could not wear my charger 5 overnight as it was dead. Rubbish.

Can you see green lights back of the device or do you feel some vibration on it?
Have you followed the steps outlined here to confirm that the battery is charging correctly?
