If the restart recommended by @alexthecat doesn't help, as our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Charge 5. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
With the above being said, please sync your Charge 5 and then, proceed with the steps below in the order listed:

Best AnswerDone that no difference, problem is, charge 5 is hung just vibrating not able to connect back.
can this still be replaced, under warranty.
had issues with this right after I bought it, it gets moisture not really wet, and the logo comes up and I need to restart, and recharge.
Best AnswerDone that, momentarily, vibration would stop then come back. Every time I charge just vibrate, initially just black screen, now with logo still vibrating.
