It’s been almost a year, and charge 5 with my iphone syncing is a hit and miss, although mostly miss, the watch is connected with no issues, as I get notifications and all, but simply 9/10 it won’t sync, I open the app, start syncing, the bar starts progressing till what seems to be around 50%, then slows down almost not moving, then suddenly it rushes to the end quickly and it’s gone, but no sync happens, i have to repeat this **ahem** many times hoping it works, sometimes it does but mostly no. And it’s so bad that I am able to sync maybe once every month or more and it seems that I am loosing data when it is a long period.
I tried by simply pulling the screen, and by going to the device settings and syncing, same **ahem**ty result. i tried everything, resetting the watch, resetting the phone, having VPN on and off, it’s just random, and I really hate it, and I guess that’s my last Fitbit product ever, I liked that they have a long battery life over apple watch, but it became useless at this point.
Oh and another thing, what’s with the **ahem**ty magnetic charger? Why it’s not a simple plug? The magnetic charger requires a lot of fiddling to charge, and pray to the gods that it doesn’t move while charging because it might just stop.
