All morning my charge 5 won’t sync to my iPhone 11. I’ve gone through every step including uninstalling the app, turning blue tooth off and on, pairing again, restarting both devices. Only thing I haven’t done is a factory reset which I had to do last month when alarms stopped working and I don’t really want to do again if that’s not the problem.

I have a new Fitbit charge 5 that was working perfectly fine until last night when it did not record my sleep. The sleep tab is not showing on my stats? I tried charging the battery since it showed 30% to see if that would help but it still will not show the sleep tab and it does not sync. The steps are actually syncing but the battery level is not and there is no sleep showing at all? I have tried all the fixes recommended including changing the clock face, resetting the Fitbit, turning Bluetooth on and off, removing the Charge 5 from phone and adding it back, restarting my phone and all the other suggestions but nothing works, it still says it cannot sync?

I was told to update with the new version 3.65, reinstalling the latest version of 3.65 from the app store.The latest is 3.64.

Mine won't reconnect to my Bluetooth either. Phone can't find it anymore. And the device couldn't find the phone when it was paired to my Bluetooth before I unpaired them.

Also mine stopped syncing today with my iPhone 12 app .
tried every step in the help page .
even restarting iphone and restarting the tracker . And nothing works .
could it be related to the recent tracker update ?

Charge 5 will no longer sync with iPhone app as of this morning. I've tried everything - turning bluetooth on & off, restarting phone, device, & app, making sure all software & OS are up to date, and even removing the device from Fitbit completely and re-adding... twice. Driving me crazy!

It looks like the servers are down. Wait a few hours. Your tracker saves data for 7 days. If Fitbit were a well run company they would announce on this forum what the problem is instead of waiting for thousands of complaints which they can then ignore.

I'm having the same issue as everyone here too. Phone won't sync with charge 5 to transfer data. I've tried all the troubleshooting advice but no success. The only thing that seems to be working is the app is still monitoring my heart rate.

Same thing has happened to me. My Charge 5 stopped synching last night and I have followed all instructions. I sent a message to Support through Twitter this morning; no response yet.

Fitbit responded to my message via Twitter stating it is user error. Uninformed of a systemic failure with the Charge 5. Customer service is horrendous

We have 2 Charge 5s in the household and both refuse to sync today. Both had been syncing fine until today. Fitbit must have changed something for this many sync failures for Charge 5s.
