Charge 5 won’t sync

All morning my charge 5 won’t sync to my iPhone 11. I’ve gone through every step including uninstalling the app, turning blue tooth off and on, pairing again, restarting both devices. Only thing I haven’t done is a factory reset which I had to do last month when alarms stopped working and I don’t really want to do again if that’s not the problem.

Mine’s still not working either 😔 have wasted so much time turning everything on and off and so on 😡 going to try to forget about it for now and have another look this evening 🫰

Same here.

Main device wouldn't pair even though it "found" the fitbit.

I was able to pair it again with an old device. But my main device still wont sync it.

While it seemed the Charge 5 syncing issue was resolved yesterday, my charge 5 apparently didn't sync during the night and now the sleep data is inaccurate. When will  this issue be fully resolved?

I am having the same issue. It was able to sync for a few hours yesterday, late afternoon, but as of this morning, it is not syncing again

My Charge 5 still won’t sync. It was last synced at 10:30 a.m. on 8/16.

Except that it's not. Just because you say Charge 5 should he syncing, doesn't mean it's fixed. Number of people on here complaining, including me. What's going on?

My Charge 5 has started to sync. It seems some data is still slow to sync
but it will show up. I have lost data from about a 48 hour time period.
That is sad and FitBit says to enter it manually. How can I enter when I
fell asleep and woke up? Do I write this data down?

Fitbit also needs to publicly state their findings to the cause. Something
does not smell right here.

Absolutely agree. I am still having issues from the last update where I can't modify food for future dates, I have to use the Fitbit dashboard using Google.

Yup! Since I started all the troubleshooting, my Bluetooth won't find it anymore ans it says my battery is on 0. It's not.

It shows synced but it's not. It's not showing any notifications on band, heart rate on app, steps per hour on app, sleep pattern either.

It’s still not working for me. I’ve closed and reopened the app, restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, forgot and repaired Bluetooth, and restarted the device. This is super frustrating!

After complaining this morning, just checked my phone and mine has synced, and my exercise from yesterday that wasn't even showing on my watch yesterday, is all there. So fingers crossed it's just being slow for anyone still waiting and will be back soon.

Still not syncing all information and not syncing at all at times...this is getting frustrating.  Have been fitbit person since 2015 but starting to think about switching

What was the issue? My charge 5 has been stuck in various states for the last 5 days. Currently stuck on the updating screen

 

 

SMe here, have lost 5 days. Amount of time wasted would have been cheaper to send a new device.
