All morning my charge 5 won’t sync to my iPhone 11. I’ve gone through every step including uninstalling the app, turning blue tooth off and on, pairing again, restarting both devices. Only thing I haven’t done is a factory reset which I had to do last month when alarms stopped working and I don’t really want to do again if that’s not the problem.
Mine also stopped syncing today. I've tried everything suggested but no help. Do you know if I can return the device because of this? I've had it seven months but now it's useless. I will certainly never buy another fitbit product again.
Judging by the # of ppl having same syncing issues, pretty sure it’s some kind major bug from Fitbit’s end. I hope community mods or someone at fitbit can shed some light.. this is very frustrating.

I have the same syncing problem, particularly my sleep data doesn’t record or display on my Charge 5. And it doesn’t sync to my Fitbit daily. If the overall sync works, sleep data comes thru, other times cannot see any of it.
Same here. I do recall having updated all the apps on my phone via Google Play on yesterday. And the Fitbit app was one of them. The steps, hearthrate, active minutes are actively tracked I the app so it is connected But sleep, other health and battery level is not. When syncing it gives 'could not sync after a while.
I've got sync problems as well.
Tried: soft reset, hard reset, remove app cache, remove full app, remove charge 5 from app and reconnect (syncs once, goes back to cant sync), checked phone updates, restarted phone.
Nothing works.
I'm in the same boat as everyone here. Stopped syncing as of 8/16, then keeps asking me to update the app, but when I do that, it just keeps returning me to the "update app" screen and doesn't actually update the app. Restarted tracker several times. Deleted and reinstalled app. Restarted phone. Did all of the stuff with the bluetooth. This seems to be a problem on FitBit's end.

Same here. I have done all the steps except uninstalling the app. I was afraid this would happen. It could be a server problem so I will wait a few hours.
