All morning my charge 5 won’t sync to my iPhone 11. I’ve gone through every step including uninstalling the app, turning blue tooth off and on, pairing again, restarting both devices. Only thing I haven’t done is a factory reset which I had to do last month when alarms stopped working and I don’t really want to do again if that’s not the problem.
How long have you had charge 5? How many issues like this? I just got mine and will return if this is as bad as it looks.

Best AnswerI’m so frustrated. I don’t think it’s an issue unique to the Charge 5 either. I had a Charge 3 that started doing this about 2 weeks ago. I contacted Fitbit and they were of little help. They simply told me to get a new one. They gave me a coupon for money off a new device. So, I purchased this Charge 5. I’ve had it for less than a week and I’m right back to square one. I’m having the exact same issue. It won’t sync. This is clearly a Fitbit software issue and they know it. They could have been up front with me instead of feigning ignorance and encouraging me to buy a new device.

Same here. My charge 3 display was out, but at least it worked for the most part. I should not have gotten a Charge 5. I went through something similar with their Aria scale and now I’ve made the same mistake. At least I can return this Charge 5 and go with another Tracker maker.
Best AnswerI bought charge 5 in the beginning of this year and it worked well until last month, same issue happened, but I could fix it by following the troubleshooting, however not this time. As of many people are complaining the same problem today, think it is a global issue.
Not only this is frustrating but there's no communication to users. No use of social media. No pinned posts. Nothing from FB. 20 pages of user reports before a FB moderator even acknowledges there's a problem.
Have to jump through many hoops to get to support.
Add me to this sync problem list. Everything went kablooey this morning. I'm unable to sync or have the app see the Charge 5. I've tried using both my Galaxy S20+ and iPad. Nothing works.
