Hi everyone hope someone can help. Yesterday I walked the same distance my HR was almost identical but I had 53 minutes in fat burn zone. Today my HR average two beats less but only 13 minutes in HR zone. Calories were almost identical. This happens a lot. What changes HR so much.

Hi there, @Saebs. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Charge 5.
Please note that everal factors can affect resting heart rate: stress, alcohol or caffeine intake, or fever usually raise resting heart rate, while regular exercise or meditation can lower it. Air temperature and certain medications can also affect resting heart rate. For more information, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
