I have the same issue. I believe it is a software problem and not the battery. Agents are reading off a script and helpful at all. I have read over forums and blogs and many people have this issue.

This is also happening with mine. I’ve gone through customer support and have followed all suggestions. They need to Replace it or I’m going to an Apple Watch, you know?
