Hi there, @Christian1972. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not responding at all, I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll do my best to get you back on track!
To better assist you, may I know if your Charge 5 is still syncing despite the screen being blank? If you can confirm that it's, please try changing to a different clock face
If the above doesn't work, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work and you don't feel any sort of vibrating when trying to perform it, please try the following:
- Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
- If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
- Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
- Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
- Restart your Fitbit device once again.
Let me know how it goes.
