The app says that my Fitbit Charge 5 is on and charged to 100%, but the screen will not turn on. I've tried the reset protocol - 3 1s holds of button on charger within K8s - and I feel 3 vibrations, but the screen still will not turn on. Any ideas?

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is still not turning on. I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have same issue, was working and then the display stopped. I have done the reset multiple times. It sentences with the Fitbit app, but no display appears, I have tried everything. Any other ideas?

Marre why is Fitbit releasing firmware updates that render their own devices useless? Are you guys trying to make it so nobody would ever I’ve ever again?
