This morning i recieved a message about an update for my Charge 5. When I tried to start it I was told the battery level was to low, so I connected it to the charge cable.
After that the screen blacked out. I have tried to reset the device by pressing the button on the charger. I It wibrates and the screen lightens upp and the fitbit logo can be seen for a sec, but then it turns black again. I have had the device connected to the charger all day, but nothing.
The device won't sync to the app (of course). I've tried two different charge cables, and two different chargers.
Any suggestions?

I managed to solve it by restarting the phone, changing the display on my device and thereafter I could do the update and voila, it worked again!

What of it won't even sync to change the display?

Have no idea, but after restarting the phone the sync worked again for me 🙂
