Charger 5 screen blank

I had the white cross with red circle did a soft reset and the Fitbit logo came up but then went off and screen is now blank. Tried several times and it tries to come on then goes off.

Hi, @SharonH72 besides the re-set procedure you could try changing the clock face, as that often fixes this issue.  You change the clock face in the app.  Instructions are here . Good luck and welcome to the forums!

Many thanks I tried that but the app was t recognising the Fitbit. I am just letting battery drain to see if that works .

Hello. Have the same issue and no feedback from Fitbit. Online support is shut off. I doubt that Google is interested anymore. If someone knows an alternative watch please tell me.
