Hi, @SharonH72 besides the re-set procedure you could try changing the clock face, as that often fixes this issue. You change the clock face in the app. Instructions are here . Good luck and welcome to the forums!

Best AnswerHello. Have the same issue and no feedback from Fitbit. Online support is shut off. I doubt that Google is interested anymore. If someone knows an alternative watch please tell me.
