Charger 5 stopped working

HELP - my Charger 5 has decided to stop working. Suddenly a black screen, won’t charge and won’t reboot / reset. 
Charged fine last night and working fine this morning. Did an aqua aerobic class (as I have done many times) and then nothing. Any suggestions. I’ve tried all the obvious fixes. Very frustrated.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they were able to provide you with a few steps. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
