The Charge 5 was given to me as a present from my son 3 weeks ago. I was enjoying the device and premium service monitoring provided for the firstv 6 months. After 2 weeks the service was reduced to just monitoring calories. As of now the device is taking space in the IT junk drawer and I will be sure to let anyone that considers buying this device to go somewhere that provides quality product with service to boot!

Hi, @HSiegner , the premium service offerings have not changed in recent weeks.  Please could you give us some more information about what issues you are having?  Someone may be able to help!
